Absolutely! At any time you want to change an existing plan, just click the appropriate Monthly or Annual Plan button in your account area to make the switch. You will still get all the features of your previous plan but the payment billing suited to your preferences. Simple!

Only the bare minimum to enable you to access our services. When you create an account, you are a given a unique ID that helps us identify your account and ensure we deliver what you have signed up for. Other features such as SMS notifications are optional and you can withdraw your permission at any time. We really want you to be happy with WizzQR, but if not, you can close your account at any time and your account details will be deleted permanently. WizzQR is a non-physical product, i.e. it is not something delivered to your home address such as goods from Amazon. When you create an account with WizzQR, you will receive information on how to access everything your chosen plan includes. All your services are accessed via our web platform via your unique login details. Please keep your login details secure and do not share with a third-party. When you sign up for plan, you have full access to all the features offered under that plan. You can downgrade or cancel any time. If you cancel your plan, you will lose access to the plan features at that moment. You can always see the when your monthly billing is due by reviewing your Billing area and cancelling just before it renews.
Please note that if you cancel your subscription, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to access your created QR Codes and any related statistical data.
